Magical! I bought this for my 9-year-old with ASD. She has never been able to fall asleep easily, and we've tried everything. Brilliant! My son with ASD has terrible trouble sleeping. He takes a couple of these each night (age 12). He says they make him feel so relaxed that he can finally sleep and stay asleep. I highly recommend them.

Life-changing! I wish I had known sooner. My daughter has Level 3 ASD and often wakes up in the night, leading to a moody week or even months. I was initially worried about how these would work. I have three children with ASD, and we were prescribed melatonin tablets, but none would take them. We ordered these on a recommendation. Now that we use Melatonin gummies, two of my kids sleep through completely and have settled sleep. One doesn’t sleep through but is up for only 20 minutes instead of 2 hours. We, as parents, feel more rested too. My 5-year-old now sleeps by 8pm instead of staying up until 10pm. Life changers!
