This product is unbelievable! I have three children and two of them, over four years old, had extreme difficulty settling down for bed. After taking just one gummy, both slept soundly from 9 PM to 7 AM! It feels miraculous, considering it’s harmless and not addictive. I had trouble resting, but one gummy worked wonders for me as well! I wholeheartedly recommend it for its quality and affordability.

Ever since he was born, my son hasn't slept much and would talk endlessly after bedtime. However, I was shocked to see him asleep within 20 to 30 minutes of taking the gummies. As someone with mild ADHD, I consulted my doctor before using it, and she approved, especially since he enjoys the taste. Initially, I thought it might be a placebo, but he has it nearly every day and sleeps soundly. I really wish I had found this sooner.

Absolutely fantastic! I'll always recommend these. Although they are meant for children, I find that even as an adult with ADHD and insomnia, one mg of melatonin is sufficient for me. They help me achieve restful sleep, allowing me to wake up refreshed. Highly rated!
