Effective for eczema

Housewife's eczema, which I suffered from, was painful and spread upon scratching. Despite visiting several dermatologists, I only saw minimal improvement with steroid ointments. After researching online, I tried biotin. After a while, my condition returned to normal. I continue to take biotin regularly.

Surprisingly, despite being a lower dose than another brand, the effect of this biotin has been solid. After three months, my hair has become straight and glossy, and my previously unstable and dry skin has stabilised. If I skip a day, mysterious sweat blisters reappear, so it's essential for me. The capsules are slim, tasteless, and easy to swallow. I recommend this if you aren't picky.

Symptoms decreased significantly
I've been taking this for my sweat blisters, which are primarily on my feet. Initially, after my first dose, I noticed dramatic healing, but continued use hasn’t led to complete healing. As dyshidrosis reportedly doesn't fully heal, I will keep taking it as it has reduced the symptoms. At the very least, I’m free from itching. It’s beneficial when paired with Miyarisan (lactic acid bacteria) and vitamin C, and I also recommend calf massages.

I’m unsure of the full effects yet, but I’ll keep using this product! I've suffered from sweat blisters on my hands for a long time. It has been about a month since I started taking it, and while there’s been some calming, I'm unsure if it’s due to this supplement. So, I'll finish the bottle and see.

Significant eczema relief
I was constantly troubled by eczema, characterised by itchy blisters on my fingers. After starting this supplement, the issues have almost entirely vanished. I highly recommend it to anyone experiencing similar symptoms!

I started taking this to treat blisters on my hands, which are common in summer. After a few days, I noticed the blisters diminished and have yet to recur. I suspect the coolness helped. The capsules are small and easy to take, so I plan to continue using them.
