Delight! After falling ill with the common cold, my hair suffered severe loss. Within a month of taking biotin, the loss notably reduced. I observed regrowth, particularly at the roots, and shorter hairs at my forehead are also coming back nicely. One tablet a day is convenient, and the small size makes it easy to swallow. I bought it as I had heard it is a good supplement for hair and nails, but it also seems effective against common colds, so I take it daily. It has no taste or smell, and the tablets are easy to swallow!
