Chromium and biotin affect diabetes
We investigated the effects of a combination of chromium and biotin on cholesterol levels in people with type 2 diabetes. In a randomized, double-blind trial with 348 participants, those taking the supplement showed improvements in blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels compared to the placebo group.

However, while the chromium and biotin combination did yield positive results for cholesterol in some participants, overall, we found no significant changes in lipid levels for all participants. This suggests that while chromium and biotin may help with metabolic factors, their direct impact on cholesterol may be limited.

Chromium and biotin affect diabetes
We investigated the effects of a combination of chromium and biotin on cholesterol levels in people with type 2 diabetes. In a randomized, double-blind trial with 348 participants, those taking the supplement showed improvements in blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels compared to the placebo group.

However, while the chromium and biotin combination did yield positive results for cholesterol in some participants, overall, we found no significant changes in lipid levels for all participants. This suggests that while chromium and biotin may help with metabolic factors, their direct impact on cholesterol may be limited.

Satisfactorily, I have been drinking for about a month and I am starting to see results. It is pleasantly pleasing; new hairs have appeared, not just for me but also for my boyfriend. He had a bald spot at the temples, but after taking the pill, small hairs began to appear in that area. Saved my hair from loss after childbirth. Three months post-delivery, my hair began shedding alarmingly, clogging the drain. I felt terrified to comb it as bald patches developed. Despite using various products against hair loss, nothing worked. I then tried a high dosage of biotin. Within two weeks, I noticed reduced shedding, and by a month, my hair health returned to normal. I’m no longer fearful while combing, as new baby-hair has emerged, and my hair growth accelerated to 2 cm per month. Importantly, my hair no longer sheds, and the density is improving. I’ve attached a photo of my comb before and after using biotin. With biotin, other hair growth products started showing remarkable results as well.

The best vitamins I've used contain biotin. The digestibility of the supplement is high, and the effect is noticeable after a month. My hair has stopped shedding and begun to grow actively. To enhance biotin's effect, magnesium is a good combination. Additionally, biotin works well with vitamins B9 and B12, increasing its bioavailability. Besides improving my hair, my nails have strengthened, and it normalises blood sugar and levels of bad cholesterol.

I'm a 44-year-old female who previously dealt with mild thinning hair and brittle nails. I take biotin combined with collagen and hyaluronic acid daily. 🌸🦋 I believe biotin is a well-known hair vitamin, particularly the 100,000 mcg dosage, which is the highest available. However, I found no significant improvement in my hair despite all the hype. I recommend liquid biotin over pills, as it seems far superior based on my experience.

Distinguished - It is the basis of vitamin B7, with benefits primarily in beauty. It strengthens nails and promotes healthy hair and skin while raising good cholesterol and reducing harmful cholesterol. I noticed a difference from the first package; my nails became strong and grew longer, and my hair became shinier. However, try to drink ample water—it is safe. I bought it twice. ** Amendment warning: In the third bottle, pills seemed to increase body hair growth, so it’s better not to prolong use, as results are only during consumption. Once I stopped, the hair that grew during use fell out and returned to its original state. I hope this helps!
