I've been taking biotin for Heberden's nodes, and while it doesn't eliminate my swollen fingers, it appears to lessen the pain. This feels like a long-term commitment, but I intend to continue taking it.

For over 10 years, I've struggled with hand eczema, using antihistamines and steroids, which resulted in a cycle of improvement and regression. Since I started taking biotin and Miyarisan, my eczema doesn't flare up or swell as much, significantly reducing my stress. I plan to continue this treatment for a while.

Allergic reaction
After purchasing this product and taking it once, I experienced an allergic reaction, with my face swelling alarmingly. I discarded it immediately. The dose might be excessive for me, or perhaps biotin simply isn’t for me at all. Be cautious if you’re unsure of your compatibility.

Biotin had no effect. During the treatment, a side effect occurred: my face began to swell. Once I stopped taking the medication, everything returned to normal.

I have been taking Miyarisan and Vitamin C to manage sweat swollen eczema on my fingers. There are days when symptoms surface, but while I’m taking these, I don't experience any worsening. Previously, the itching was unbearable, sometimes trapping me in a vicious cycle. I intend to keep taking it.

Shortly after consuming it, my head began to swell and my heart raced. Clearly, this product doesn’t suit me.
