I also had numbness and strong pain due to a B12 deficiency, but that pain disappeared with this medicine!

Really works! After the stress I experienced, my hair became tangled and I lost half of my hair over the year. After reading about Biotin, I decided to try it. I took it daily at a "horse dosage" but saw no effect initially. However, after 2 weeks, there was no hair in the drain after washing. While some still fell out when combing, there was less on the comb after another week. A side effect appeared as pimples on my face and body, so I decided to halve the pills, which are easy to divide. I will continue taking it!

An excellent working supplement! I began losing a lot of hair and decided to try this. It truly works. My hair falls out much less now, it shines, my skin is clearer, and my nails stopped flaking, growing back quickly. The convenient dosage is once a day. I highly recommend it to everyone!
