Temporary hair retention
The medication worked, but only while I was consuming it, or for about 10 to 15 days afterwards. In the second month, I started getting pimples on my face, and they slowly went away after I stopped taking it. I read online that an overdose of biotin can cause facial rashes. However, I am grateful that, for a time, my hair did not fall out. I did not observe any significant changes in my nails.

Skin worsened
Unfortunately, it caused pimples on my skin. I used it for a month, and my skin was ruined. I would not recommend it to those susceptible to acne. Nevertheless, the product's quality is excellent, the quantity is appropriate, the ingredients are wonderful, it strengthens hair and nails, and its taste is pleasant.
