Chromium and biotin affect diabetes
Combination of chromium and biotin improves coronary risk factors in hypercholesterolemic type 2 diabetes mellitus: a placebo-controlled, double-blind randomized clinical trial.
Low relevance for cholesterol treatment
We investigated the effects of a combination of chromium and biotin on cholesterol levels in people with type 2 diabetes. In a randomized, double-blind trial with 348 participants, those taking the supplement showed improvements in blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels compared to the placebo group.
However, while the chromium and biotin combination did yield positive results for cholesterol in some participants, overall, we found no significant changes in lipid levels for all participants. This suggests that while chromium and biotin may help with metabolic factors, their direct impact on cholesterol may be limited.

I highly recommend this biotin! After suffering from covid, my hair was falling out in clumps. I previously purchased this brand elsewhere; the price at iHerb was much better. The chewable tablets have a pleasant strawberry flavour, which is an added bonus! This biotin absolutely works; my hair stopped falling out after the course, so I’m confident it saved my hair.

These vitamins are fantastic! They contain a high amount of biotin, come in small, easily chewable tablets, and taste pleasantly strawberry. They are delicious and beneficial for my nails, hair, and skin. The packaging is convenient with a lid. There aren’t many tablets inside because they're small.
