No more eye twitching
My eye was twitching FOR SEVEN MONTHS! I tried sleeping more, I tried less caffeine, I tried less phone, I tried ibuprofen, oral antihistamines, eye drop antihistamines, and even drinking more caffeine. The twitching would occasionally lessen, but it kept going. I bought some Calm gummies and started taking them - and the twitching stopped! I ran out of gummies and didn't take anything for a couple of weeks and my eye gave a twitch here and there... so I ordered the powdered Calm (more economical than gummies!) and have started using it the last few days. It's keeping the annoying twitch at bay again!, (Before anyone wonders, yes, I did see an optometrist, my general doctor, an ophthalmologist, and a neuro-opthalmologist. If anyone is ever having random symptoms, please do not rely on the internet or people's reviews or opinions to diagnose or treat anything. If you try any supplements or anything else, please keep your doctor informed and do so with their knowledge and approval for your specific case.) I have anxiety that comes and goes, and I can't say for sure that this helped. Because I've only been taking it for a short while, I'll need to see for a bit longer. Will update if I reach a decision on whether I think this helped my anxiety or not! Overall, I prefer the gummies. They're so easy to take! As a busy mom, I appreciate being able to just walk by the cabinet and pop two gummies in the morning and two in the evening before continuing to chase my toddler. But they are unfortunately more expensive so I've turned to the powder. It's not bad. The taste is good to me if I get it truly Cold before drinking it. When you make the powder into a drink, you first have to use warm water and then you can add Cold. The first couple of times I drank it, I used warm water and then added our Cold, filtered refrigerator water to my small cup of Calm drink. It made a slightly cool, lukewarm drink that just wasn't very appealing. Since then, I've started adding ice cubes to my drink after making it the last couple of times, and I'm finding that I'm actually starting to enjoy it! If you're planning on drinking it Cold, definitely add ice. A tip for making it: make sure you follow the directions and add enough warm water to mix it in the beginning. The first time I made it, I barely added warm water. It was much harder to mix and I wondered where the "fizz" was supposed to be. The second time I made it I added the whole 2oz suggested and it fizzed very robustly. If this has helped you, please give me a like. It'll also help bring this back to my attention so I can remember to come back and update later as to whether it's helping my anxiety! Thanks
