Happy stomach, happy family. I ordered these after struggling for days with indigestion after eating. Regardless of what I consumed, it was an issue. I take two capsules before eating, and my problem is resolved (as long as I don't overindulge). After initially trying one capsule without success, two did the trick. At the risk of oversharing, these eased gas and bloating, making it pleasant for my family to be in the same room again.
