I'm not exaggerating when I say that these fish oil tablets cured my dry eyes. Before I say anything else, I want to implore you to make sure you that you buy BURPLESS fish oil tablets. If you forget, you will realize that your pills absolutely reek of dead fish and the smell may seep out of your skin. So you'll almost certainly want burpless. I had chronic dry eyes....I think a part of it was WAY too much contact usage over the period of 20 years or so and not giving my eyes time to breathe. They were so dry that I went to the doctor and he put me on prednisone and I used a warm compress three times a day for 2 weeks and still nothing helped. He was going to put me on those super expensive prescription eye drops, but I decided to do a bit more research. I found that fish oil was a great antidote to dry eyes and I had bought some and taken them a few times but felt no difference. The big thing about fish oil keeping your eyes moist is that you CAN'T MISS A DOSE. Even missing just one dose really can throw me off and make me eyes dry again. On top of that, I have really bad Allergies. I would say the fish oil in combination with a humidifier is really what helped me (I also take Allegra, Flonase and have air purifiers). So, make sure you take the maximum dose every time, and there is a good chance you'll see impressive results. My eyes are not only no longer dry, but I'm able to actually wear contacts again and I had to take a year break from them. I really hate glasses, but thought my time with contacts was up. I actually discovered the perfect contact lenses, Total 1 Dailies, that are super hydrating and you throw them out daily. Kind of on the pricey side, but if you order online it's not that bad. Anyway, I'm getting off topic. If you have an issue with dry eyes I highly recommend taking these NOW. My dry eye was VERY severe and I'm cured, so it may help you too
