My doctor suggested I start taking a fish oil supplement due to my inherited high cholesterol and triglycerides. I previously purchased the fish oil, my doc wants me to take 1000 mg 6 per day and as soon as they would hit my stomach I had awful heartburn and Bloating. And also the bottles I purchased did not last no time so I looked on my favorite online store....Amazon. I purchased the burgess softness and the bottle has a quantity of 320 for a little over $20 and I save a percentage because I signed up for the subscription to have them automatically sent to me as I need them. Of course it's cheaper to get the regular fish oil but it's so worth it to pay a few extra dollars for the burpless. They have no taste whatsoever and are quite large but still so easy to swallow
