Caused insomnia. I've been taking this for years, but they must have changed the recipe as it's now called "Energy Complex". Through experimentation, I realised it was the cause of my seemingly un-fixable insomnia. Regardless of when I took it, I couldn't sleep that night. So if you're considering this and suffer from insomnia, be warned.
