Initially, I developed severe digestive discomfort after starting these Nature Made probiotics. Although I understand there's often an adjustment period, the discomfort persisted for a week and a half. They did not alleviate my symptoms significantly, and while I have some existing stomach issues, I don't experience as much tenderness or bloating now as I do without probiotics.
