I started taking this product about a year ago.I am 42,female and a type 2 diabetic.Premature coronary heart disease runs in my family and my father died at 41 from Cardiovascular disease.I don't watch what I eat but,rarely eat greasy foods and my exercise levels are low-moderate.My cholesteral levels were 126 as of November 10th,2018.In addition my blood pressure has been normal.This isn't la crème de la crème of fish oil say Vescepia but,it is helping on some level
