Controls herpes outbreaks

This is the most effective lysine I've found! I take it daily as an antiviral, living with the herpes virus, and it keeps it under control. I take 1 or 2 pills each day and more when I sense an outbreak. It also helps with colds and acts as a collagen builder with health and beauty benefits. I've tried other brands but this is simply the best! As a naturopath, I've recommended it to clients for years, with everyone showing favourable results!

L-Lysine is top-notch for HSV-1 and HSV-2. My nurse practitioner, who had genital herpes, recommended it, stating she never has outbreaks while taking it and hasn't passed it on to her spouse. Friends of mine, who I suggested it to, have sworn by it too. When a friend experienced severe cold sore outbreaks, I reminded her of the benefits of L-Lysine. Since starting it, she hasn’t had another outbreak and now highly recommends it.
