Must have for me. My dental hygienist recommended this because I get ulcers easily from accidental bites or cuts. These really help prevent any mouth ulcer from becoming severe and painful.

I can't live without it. I bought it because I always had an ulcer in my lips and it's gone. When I have it, I take up to 4 pills for 2 to 3 days, and it's gone.
