Reduced my night sweats!
I have been taking this type of magnesium for six months. The main reason I started was due to hearing about the benefits for your heart. But, since taking it I have realized it helps me in so many other ways. The ones I notice the most are no more muscle cramps in my legs while sleeping, regular bowel movements and most importantly to me reduced night sweats and Hot flashes. In order to get the benefit of reduced night sweats I started taking one tablet before bed to go along with the tablet I take in the morning.
