I work the night shift and anyone else who works these hours know how wacky out sleep schedules are. I originally intended to purchase the quick-dissolve tablets that I typically use but misread the description. I am however very happy with this product. I find that they are more effective in helping me to fall asleep than the quick dissolve. And the flip-flop container makes it easier to dispense the tablets. I enjoy this natural alternative sleep aid than the heavy prescription options available. I get a great sleep without ever feeling groggy when I wake up

These work like a charm! They help me fall asleep naturally, though the 5mg may be too much as I am drowsy sometimes in the mornings. Find the right dosage that works for you, and you'll be happy with the results

Works well

This product helps promote sleep. It doesn't keep me asleep all night but does help me fall asleep and doesn't leave me feeling groggy the next day

Mild with no side effects

After having used anti-histamines for my Trump-induced insomnia since 2016, I was thrilled my neurologist suggested melatonin. I take it in discrete amounts (1/4 of a 5mg pill) when I sense I'll have trouble getting back to sleep. It works like a charm and I'm not drowsy in the daytime after having taken it

Endorsement by a skeptic

I take a backseat to no one in my skepticism of claims of "natural" remedies and treatments. However, I have found a good night's sleep increasing elusive in my old age. It typically takes me a long time to get to sleep and I wake up early. Since I've been taking 5mg a night at the urging of my ex-hippy wife who buys into ANYTHING touted as a heaven-sent panacea, not only have I had no trouble getting to sleep, but also find myself waking up only after getting in at least 6-8 hours. I've had no problem getting back to sleep after nocturnal bathroom breaks. So maybe, just maybe, my wonderful wife is onto something this time. Stay tuned

Stomach upset and diarrhea

Every time I take this, I start getting terrible stomach cramps. Then comes the horrible smelling farts and nausea. Followed by the poops for a night and day. Every single time. If you leave it on your tongue longer than a second, it starts disolving
