Read More...I love love loved this product. I am a college athlete and these have helped with my energy and my hair! As an athlete I try to maintain a healthy diet but I always seem to let some nutrients slip through the cracks. I always had a hard time getting out of bed because I never slept well. After a couple of weeks I was sleeping like the dead and would wake up with energy. I am not sure what vitamin I was missing but this really has helped me! As for my hair, I used to shower and run my hands through my hair and would loose way more hair than I would like to admit for a 21 year old. I started using this for a few weeks and my hair stopped coming out. There would maybe 1 or 2 hairs after running my fingers through it! Seriously swear by this product. ALSO It tastes so so so good. I take 2 every morning and I had to remind myself it wasn't candy! Seriously worked for me but I know everyone is different. Hope this helps

Read More...Nature Made's new and improved texture makes these gummies so much more delicious! Seriously, it tastes like candy. So soft, so jelly-like, so much better than the pre-improved gummies. I've been using these gummies for a couple of years now, and I haven't changed to a different gummy since. I use it mainly for the improvement of my hair and nails. My nails are much stronger and my hair grows much faster (and longer) when I use this. 10/10 recommend

Read More...I know I like these vitamins but today when the two bottles of vitamins were delivered they were left in the hot sun. I was home all day but did not hear the person who delivered them therefore they must have been in the hot sun for a couple of hours. They were in some kind of insulated bag along with a cooling pack that became hot and when I removed it it burst and everything was all over everything. I was afraid my three dogs would lick it up - the more I hurried to clean it up the more it squished out all over the counter, the rug in front of the sink, on my shoe ... the stuff was slippery. I think the large plastic bag that was wrapped around everything in case of rain made it really hot. I have no idea if these vitamins and supplement were damaged but I can't believe they could survive without some kind of damage so I won't be taking them. Next time delivering cold packs here please make sure the driver rings the doorbell several times or knocks loudly. If he did that I did not hear him. And my dogs didn't go crazy so he couldn't have made too much noise
Read More...I needed the gummies because I'm horrible at taking pills. I gag for some reason. That makes it hard for me tp find motivation to take vitamins everyday. I bought these gummies to help me get into the habit every day of taking a pill. My goal is to move into a real pill once I get my habit established. They taste great and are a reasonable price. I can't attest to how good they are from a quality standpoint compared to pills but they seem to be cuttin working. I've always had looser BM's my whole life. Once I started taking this vitamin I started getting actual BM's that were solid and normal. So something is working, I can only assume I was deficient in something and not processing my food properly before vitamin
