Gone completely!
Most Useful Review
Good vitamins without a strong smell! I tried these during my pregnancy and found them effective. Unlike Vitrum, which had an unpleasant taste, these are easy to swallow and don't leave a lingering aftertaste. After 2.5 weeks of taking them, my leg cramps ceased, and I’ve been sleeping better too. I recommend these for anyone seeking a decent product at a great price!

Discontinuing iron improves pregnancy nausea
The effectiveness of discontinuing iron-containing prenatal multivitamins on reducing the severity of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy.
Most Relevant Research
We explored whether stopping iron-containing prenatal multivitamins could alleviate nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. In a study involving 97 women seeking help for severe nausea, we discovered that two-thirds reported an improvement after switching to alternatives like folic acid or children's vitamins.

This significant finding, backed by both qualitative and quantitative measures, shows that avoiding iron supplements in early pregnancy may be beneficial for many women struggling with nausea.

Effectiveness of Materna in pregnancy
[The Materna preparation as an agent for iron prophylaxis and treatment in pregnancy disorders].
Most Relevant Research
We aimed to investigate how Materna, a multivitamin formula containing 21 essential vitamins and minerals, impacts anemia in pregnant women. In this study, 46 patients were divided into three groups based on when they began taking these supplements during their pregnancies.

By measuring hemoglobin, hematocrit, and serum iron levels before, during, and after the supplementation, we noted improvements in patients' subjective feelings and effective iron prophylaxis. However, consistent and prolonged use of Materna is crucial for achieving the best results across all pregnancies.

Solved anemia problem
Most Useful Review
Works for me! When my iron was testing too low, my nurse investigated and found that my other chewable vitamins were lacking in iron. This one contains the 27 mg a day I need. It has resolved my anemia, plus I don’t have to take two large pills, just one a day—total win!

Dark, opaque plastic jar with a childproof lid, along with a protective membrane ensuring it was only opened once. The tablet size is large, but I have adjusted. My skin is truly pleased! There are no rashes or dryness. Although I noticed no effect from Prenatal after giving birth and Rainbow caused subcutaneous acne, which vanished once I stopped taking them. My nails also do not peel.
