Good Prenatal……. See Photos For Comparison To Another
I bought these Nature Made Prenatal Multivitamins during a coupon and via Subscribe and Save. 250 pills for under $9 makes for a fantastic value. They arrived sealed and as described. No color added, no preservatives, no yeast, and gluten free. They are recommended to be taken one pill, once a day. At the time I was taking these, Rainbow Light Prenatal One Multivitamin, 150-Count Bottle which I'd purchased through another online retailer. For reference, the Rainbow Light vitamins were the first prenatal I'd ever taken and I'm not pregnant. My husband and I are hoping to get pregnant though so I started taking prenatals to prepare my body for a healthy pregnancy. Like most women, I felt a whole lot better when I started taking them. I took regular multivitamins before but they don't compare. The Rainbow Light ones have a type of iron that is more easily absorbed. When I stopped taking them and switched over to these Nature Made ones, I was back to my old low-iron type side effects. I don't test for having low iron but I can tell when it's low, for one because my feet get so freezing Cold, almost nothing can warm them up. My thin nails also started breaking more easily again. I trust the Nature Made name when it comes to vitamins so I'll likely buy these again, especially since the price is so reasonable. The other costs about double and you get about 100 pills less. But, if you can afford it, I think it's worth the benefits (little things for me but I figure how much more for the baby?). The expiration date on mine was over two years out. I'm uploading some photos so you can compare the two brands, if you want to see the differences, there are many. Overall I like the Nature Made ones but will be watching for a coupon to come available on the other. Smile. Hope this is helpful
