I purchased these vitamins for a loved one based on good reviews and reasonable pricing. I've been taking them for several days after breakfast. They are indeed large, but with enough water, there are no unpleasant sensations. The composition is excellent; I have not experienced any allergies or discomfort. I recommend them.
