Every evening when I take my vitamins I was getting a nauseous feeling. So I started trying the different ones by themselves. This Nature Made Multi For Him 50 was the cause! As soon as I quit taking it no more nausea! Though I was in full compliance with the directions something in this product (no country of origin so it is probably India or China neither of which undergo any meaningful inspection) makes me ill. They have a company made up stamp on it of USP which is of dubious value. There is also no expiration date on the bottles, no serial number, or batch number. These are all signs of no quality control or respect for human health. I would stay away from them. I am going to return to One-A-Day Silver for myself and keep a close eye on them!
