Almost pain free. I started using this after a patient with fibromyalgia stated it worked wonders for her. After about 4 weeks of daily use, my back pain, which used to be intense, is now manageable. I recommend you do research and consult your doctor before starting.

Very surprised at the effectiveness. I started taking this on the advice of my orthopaedic doctor, who indicated it helps reduce inflammation and pain significantly. Skeptical at first, after a short period, I found my lower back pain reduced remarkably, akin to the relief from 200mg of ibuprofen. It has helped me wake up with less pain and stiffness in the morning, and I haven’t encountered any side effects. It’s working for me, 100%.

Improved mobility

Price is the best. At 44, I had severe lower back pain and found that 8 ibuprofen a day weren’t effective anymore. After starting turmeric, I'm much better. While I still have some pain, I can function and be active again, which previously was a struggle.
