Remember that when you take your vitamin D you have to take it with fat or you do not get the full benefits. Get involved with our supplements and do some research about what makes them work properly or else you are wasting your money and not getting the most of out them. Also, I follow the recommendations by Dave Asprey at [...] about the amount of vitamin D I take which is much more than the daily recommended dosage. Again, you have to do the research and learn about what's right for your body. Plus you should take your vitamin D at night before you retire. You'll sleep better and get the most of the D's performance. I also make sure I buy supplements in dark bottles or transfer them to dark bottles to preserve them. It's not likely I will buy a vitamin or supplement that doesn't come in a dark bottle. These things do lose their potency and ones suspended in oils can go rancid. Always check the dates on the bottles and don't buy at a discount unless you do check because the stores are notorious for putting them at special prices when they are close to their expirations! Nature Made has always been a reliable brand but I'm careful where I buy it from. In order to keep track of how much I'm supposed to take or when, I use a black sharpie and write on the label or the top if it's white. 3X1 means three tabs or caps or pills once per day. Btw Mls = between meals and H20 tells me to take with water. Whatever is specific to the supplement. I won't tell you how much I take, but I do have regular blood tests to make sure there are no side effects. Smooth sailing for a year now
