Elderberry fights flu

Best and strongest form of elderberry! Multiple reviews suggest this product boosts the immune system, which the packaging implies to adhere to FDA regulations. However, laboratory tests in Israel have shown it can kill the flu virus, including bird flu. In lab settings, it eradicated the virus, and in the body, it seems to prevent the virus from multiplying. While marketed as an immune booster, it’s an antidote that’s reportedly more effective than Tamiflu.

I've been using this since last autumn and believe it significantly helped me avoid the flu this winter. I'm also convinced it has kept seasonal allergies at bay this spring—something that hasn't happened for years. It's lovely not to sneeze or suffer from watery eyes.

Eased coughing symptoms

Sambucus helped ease my mucus! My husband caught a bug in January and developed a persistent cough. I have asthma, and when I get respiratory illnesses, I usually end up with bronchitis. To avoid that, I began taking Sambucus regularly. Despite catching my husband’s cold, I only suffered four days of a bad cough; he had it for much longer. He refused to take the Sambucus, but it genuinely helped me recover quicker. It tastes pleasant compared to standard cough medicines and had no unpleasant side effects. While some may doubt its efficacy, I truly believe it works.

Whoever invented Black Elderberries was a genius! I have no spleen, which means I have a weak immune system and get asthmatic bronchitis regularly. Whenever I do, I take Sambucus two or three times a day. Within about two days, the bronchitis is gone. I think Sambucus works better than expensive prescription drugs, although I keep them on hand just in case. Recently, I’ve started taking Sambucus once a day, hoping to prevent bronchitis before it starts.

Scientific research suggests it's anti-viral. I believe it helps inhibit the cold or flu virus. Whenever I feel a bug coming on, I've successfully avoided a full-blown cold or flu this winter by using it alongside Oil of Oregano, Colloidal Silver, chewing garlic, and gargling with warm salt water. By the next day, the symptoms are GONE! It simply works.

Soothes lingering coughs

This elderberry syrup is my favourite! It has no additives and a delightful concentrate flavour. We take it for an immune boost and find it helps soothe tickly or lingering coughs. I often mix it into hot "tea" with lemon and honey, creating a comforting drink when feeling unwell. Occasionally, I add it to other teas for a delicious immune boost.
