Doctor recommended. My doctor suggested these iron pills for my deficiency, advising I take two instead of one as indicated on the bottle. I’ve bought these through the pharmacy for over a year, but they were out of stock this time. I found them on Amazon for the same price. Luckily, I've had no stomach upset or nausea, and they work well for me. I would definitely recommend them, especially since my doctor endorsed them!

Pretty easy on the tummy, but contains artificial dyes! I've been taking two 325 mg tabs daily with orange juice and food. I experienced nausea on just one occasion, which was brief. However, I've had excessive gas since starting this supplement. Additionally, I’m disappointed it contains unnecessary artificial dyes, as I generally try to avoid such additives in my supplements.
