Noticeably clearer skin
Zinc is essential for maintaining healthy skin and hair. I began taking it due to occasional rashes on my face. Results became visible in the latter half of the course; the skin has become smoother, rashes have decreased, and my face appears fresher and clearer. Rash disappeared quickly
I had small pimples that were very noticeable in the sunlight. After consulting my doctor, I started taking zinc, and miraculously, within two weeks, they vanished.
