Effective treatment
Excellent! I don’t take it on a regular basis, but I remember using it during cold season when a cough disrupts daily life. I double (or even triple) the dose, and within two days, everything is fine. It works, and I just need to encourage my family and myself to take it daily.

Preventative success
I chose this product for a few reasons: it's 30 mg per serving, the price was reasonable, and it's meant to help prevent colds. While at urgent care for a dreadful cold and cough, the doctor advised taking zinc daily to likely avoid any colds. For about £25 a year, I decided to take zinc every day. So far, I've managed to avoid all the bugs circulating for five months while my husband, son, and co-workers have been unwell. I committed to this for a year and I am extremely pleased with the results. Previously, I used remedies like Airborne reactively, but that did not work. Daily zinc is effective, and I feel optimistic.
