I read a few books about insulin resistance and one of them gave a combo of supplements that have some solid evidence that they aid in restoring insulin sensitivity. Magnesium, zinc, chromium, Vitamin D, and cystein are the 4 supplements I started taking to help with non-diabetic insulin resistance (personally, I am just 0.1 below pre-diabetic on my AC1). The main goal is to aid weightloss along with changes to my diet and exercise less. I swore off sugar and alcohol 6 months ago and started exercising regularly. I had lost 10ish pounds pretty quick and pretty much stalled out on weightloss. I started these supplements 2 week ago and stared urinating a lot. I literally urinated out 10ish pounds of water weight (an issue with insulin resistance) within 5 days. Since then I have maintained that loss and started trending downward in my weight again. I also just feel so much better not retaining so much water
Read More...I'm attempting to loose body fat and this was recommended by a nutritionist. I combine it with NOW EGCg and synephrine. I've lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks so far. I'm sure cutting carbs and doing extra cardio are the main reason but every little bit helps! I'd like to set a world record at the bench press and I need to lower my bodyweight. Check out my youtube channel for progress Dominic DNO. Cheers

Read More...I wish these were a lower dosage than they are, I received a container that is 1000 mcg, but I ordered 800mcg. The problem is that 1000 mcg is the maximum daily dosage that we should consume. I bought this uneducated about dosage and even 800 mcg is too much. I wish the maximum dosage was broken up between three or four pills then we would get the correct benefit of consuming this product by taking a pill with each meal. I have only been taking one midday because my bottle is 1000 mcg. This can help during pregnancy with controlling blood glucose issues. Always, research information beyond the review section. *Update I purchased a pill cutter and I spilt each of my pills myself. Also, split some into four to really break up the "dosage". If you are careful they won't crumble
