I recently started taking these again and my hair has already grown 5 inches. My hair feels extra soft and healthy, and my skin literally glows. I’ve seen many negative reviews about the colour of the caplets, but if you do your research, the colour is not chemical; it’s derived from bugs. The only downside is that I’ve noticed it gives me intense heartburn if taken on an empty stomach. Simply take it with food or milk, and you should be fine.
