Reduced hair loss
As an IHERB client, I find this complex optimal among all the options for hair, nails, and skin. I appreciate the composition most. This complex is effective, but you need at least two jars. My skin and hair quality have improved, and I've seen the emergence of new hairs. My nails are stronger now. I'm considering purchasing a third bottle due to the positive results. The composition is good and beneficial. I experience no allergies or side effects. The size of 24 pieces suffices for one course, and I take them in the morning after breakfast or tea, with a 30-40 minute interval.
