A good complex with an effective composition. I found that one jar is insufficient. After taking two capsules, my hair became thicker and shinier, with new undercoat growth. The benefits are clear; I recommend these vitamins for healthy skin and hair. My nails have strengthened and stopped exfoliating, with no allergies or issues experienced. Quite satisfactory!

After contracting coronavirus, I noticed excessive hair loss, and a trichologist suggested a biotin complex. This was the ideal match! After ten days of use, I observed a significant reduction in shedding, strengthened nails, and visibly improved skin. I will certainly reorder these!

I ordered these for my sister, who experienced considerable hair loss after COVID. Initially sceptical, she began taking omega-3 along with these vitamins. Over time, she noticed far fewer hairs in her comb and even saw new hair growth.
