This vitamin is one of the best for hair due to its high biotin concentration. I noticed a difference in my hair very quickly, although I did experience some dryness.

Not bad vitamins; I took them after meals to avoid nausea. Generally, I observed better hair and nail growth, and my hair fell out less. I attribute this to the high biotin content. Good vitamins for the price.

I chose this all-in-one supplement over individual components due to cost and pill quantity. After consulting with my endocrinologist, I took it for nearly seven years for my hair loss. After about a year, my hair was healthier and longer than before. My skin became less dry and my nails grew stronger. I eventually began taking it every other day alongside a multivitamin. It has not upset my sensitive stomach, and I would highly recommend it.
