These vitamins are of excellent quality and have exceeded my expectations. Hair loss has decreased significantly, and my skin's inflammation, which typically appears during the latter part of my cycle, has ceased. I'm on my second jar and will order more.

Having tried many brands, these vitamins show remarkable effectiveness. I've experienced significantly decreased hair loss and an improvement in my skin, as the rashes related to PMS have disappeared entirely.

After three months of taking these vitamins, my hair has stopped falling out and has regained its shine. My skin is now in excellent condition with hardly any rashes, which vanish quickly. I'm grateful for the results at such a young age.

I purchased these vitamins for my daughter, who highly praises them. Notably, there is a reduction in rashes on her face and her skin condition has improved significantly.

Fewer skin rashes
After hearing a friend's recommendation, I tried this drug for three months. By the two-month mark, changes were noticeable in my skin and nails; the pores seemed less visible, my face looked fresher, and there were no rashes or oily sheen. After removing shellac, my nails were less prone to exfoliation. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any improvement with my hair.

I bought these for my 20-year-old child, but no improvement was seen; in fact, skin rashes developed. We took them for a month, but perhaps they just did not suit us.

Skin improved
I had skin rashes and hair loss, so I decided to try this supplement. My skin definitely improved, but I did take other vitamins at the same time. Hair loss remained relatively unchanged. The nails didn't show the rapid growth like when I used Solgar, but overall, this complex is good, though not the best. I'll use Solgar again next time.

I noticed no improvement while taking these vitamins. Previously, I had taken Solgar, which improved my skin. After finishing this course, my skin still had rashes, my hair didn't thicken, and I hadn't had any complaints about my nails beforehand. Overall, this was a waste of money for me.
