Improved overall health
At 68 years old, I believe these contribute positively alongside my multivitamins. I haven't been sick since I began taking them. I've struggled with colds, flu, and severe bronchitis my entire life, ending up in the ER repeatedly. I find these work very well. The pills are large, manageable for me, but they may pose a challenge for those who struggle with swallowing large pills.
