My energy is great without shaking or any of the ugly side effects from energy drinks! My PMS symptoms just aren't even there anymore. I am not being paid or given anything for this review. Read More...I started taking these because I was having serious breakthrough bleeding between cycles and this helped regulate it. I will say, taking it delayed my ovulation by 13 days, so I wasn't a huge fan of that. To be fair though, that's a known side effect. The vitamins did help prevent breakthrough bleeding, so it had the desired effect. My only complaint it that they have a pretty strong bitter taste

Read More...I don't even know how it's possible to feel better after just one B-6 vitamin, but I can tell you right now, I feel absolutely wonderful! I have been getting tension headaches and terrible neck aches for a while now due to stress (and old age) and I have tried all the OTC pain medication money can buy and this B-6 is the only thing that has made an immediate difference in my pain and overall well being. Within just one half hour my headache went away and my neck stress feels a little bit of relief. I also “feel” more alive, awake, focused. So far so good. Read More...I started taking this May 12th and was in the ER on July 22nd. B6 is extremely dangerous! It causes neurological issues that can be irreversible. I started out light headed. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks. Tinging down my face, head and both arms. I saw spots, and finally a prism out of my eye. I was nauseous, cold and trembling. My B6 plasma blood work came back as 288.4 normal range is 20-125. Read about it! It can kill you! There is nothing I can do but wait for it to work out of my body. I am having symptoms everyday and it's horrible. Other countries don't slow this dangerously high dose. DO NOT TAKE THIS!!

Read More...Listen please!!! I have been suffering from Sciatica in my foot for over a year now. The pain is excruciating and having professional doctors say there is no cure is awful. I have bought all kinds of medicines and even took 3 to 4 ibuprofens a day just to ease the pain.
