IS GOOD FOR SO MANY THINGS
I've been taking vitamin B-6 for a few years now for a healthy nervous system, it is also important for the immune system, I also take vitamin B-12 for energy. I've tried many different supplements throughout the years, a lot of them I have stopped taking, but I will probably take these for ever, vitamin B 6 has so many health benefits. good for metabolic processes, great for the brain, PMS, depression, arthritis, diabetes, Asthma attacks and much more. These are well worth the price.
