Avoid B6 caution
Very dangerous! I started taking this on May 12th and ended up in the ER on July 22nd. B6 is extremely hazardous; it can cause irreversible neurological issues. I began feeling light-headed, which escalated quickly into tingling down my face, head, and arms. I saw spots and experienced prism-like vision. Nausea, chills, and trembling followed. My B6 plasma blood work showed 288.4, while the normal range is 20-125. Please read about it, as it could be lethal! Now, I'm left waiting for it to clear from my body while suffering daily symptoms, which are dreadful. Other countries do not allow such dangerously high doses. DO NOT TAKE THIS!!!
