I took 1-2 tablets with plenty of water; however, kidney pain appeared immediately after taking it. My stomach ached significantly, and my overall condition declined. After trying it 3-4 times, the pain in my kidneys and abdomen recurred each time. I will not reorder.

Minimal effect noted
After a month of use, I haven't felt much difference. It slightly reduced stomach bloating, but my constipation and stomach pain returned last week. Despite regular use, I still experience stomach pain and bloating. I noticed a 40% improvement, but I've stopped taking it after a month.
