Helpful For Sick Tummies and Dizziness
I typically try to keep ginger root capsules in my medicinal supplies at all times because it is a natural and pretty effective way to help with a few things. First, when someone in my family starts having that sick tummy/nauseous feeling, this is often easier to tolerate than sipping ginger tea (which I prefer) to help with the nausea. Second, if I feel at all like vertigo or a dizzy spell is trying to creep up on me, I like knowing I have these pills on hand to assist with the nausea that can come with it.
