A natural flu vaccine? I'm a believer in ginger's healing properties. When I lived in China, a remedy of cola boiled with ginger and Sichuan peppercorn worked wonders for sore throats and colds. If symptoms persisted, I just brewed another. I used to fall ill frequently during visits, but since taking these ginger pills (two daily), I've been incident-free during subsequent trips. Placebo effect? Perhaps, but I gladly welcome the results and will continue taking these.

For other issues like mild food poisoning, simply drink plenty of it throughout the day. Feeling a chill? We take two ginger capsules to warm up. If I sense a headache or illness coming, three Vitamin C with two ginger usually does the trick. The convenience of a capsule is great for travel as fresh ginger isn't always available. Nature's Way ginger genuinely works.
