No constipation experienced

Works wonders for IBS, UC, and pregnancy. This product saved my life. I had numerous trips to doctors before being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and IBS. No medicine worked. I learned my food triggers and semi felt better, but never felt healed. My partner and I decided to get pregnant, and in the first trimester, I was so nauseous that I was immobile. I purchased these as a last resort. I very much dislike ginger’s taste, so I needed pill form. These have changed my digestion and knocked the nausea out of me. Now, at 36 weeks, I have had no constipation or diarrhoea. Highly recommend this product.

This ginger is potent! Ensure you drink plenty of water with it. It significantly helped with my IBS, resulting in improved stool, less cramping, and almost no constipation when taken daily. One of these is about equivalent to two of the Walmart brand. They also omit seed oils, which was my main reason for switching. It's a great product!

Ginger's potency noted

After years of struggling with severe constipation, who knew that simple ginger root could be the remedy? I purchased it for its cancer-preventing properties. This wonderful product has worked wonders for my constipation; I have not experienced heartburn. However, it has caused strong abdominal pulsating lasting about 4-6 hours, which is quite alarming. When this occurs, my heart rate rises significantly from my norm of around 65. I am uncertain about the cause and have searched online for answers, often being directed to Ayurvedic natural remedies.

I am pleased to report I experienced less bloating and constipation than usual. While planning a trip abroad, I sought something to aid my digestion issues while travelling. I tried Ginger Root and am happy to say it helped reduce my bloating and constipation. Thank you, Ginger Root! I discovered it has many other health benefits too! One last note: ginger might alter the effects of some medications, so consult your healthcare provider if you're on any treatments.
