Give these a shot; you have nothing to lose. I’ve been taking 2 ginger pills daily for about 3 months and I haven’t had heartburn or nausea, which I've struggled with for years. It might be a combination of diet changes and these pills, but if you’re desperate for relief without long-term medications, I’d recommend trying them. I’ve even started my husband on these for his knees; he hasn’t had a flare-up yet, though he won’t admit these are helping.

Chronic heartburn solution
I’m 29 and have suffered from heartburn/GERD since I was 16. I previously used Tums and Ranitidine, which worked but were concerning for long-term use. I sought a natural alternative and was pleasantly surprised these worked. I take 2 before meals and while Ranitidine works better, these help manage my heartburn. If I indulge in foods that provoke heartburn, I combine these with Ranitidine at bedtime, but I’d recommend this for anyone with frequent heartburn/GERD.

Enjoys citrus again
This works! I take 2 capsules twice daily for general digestion support due to past NSAID use. Prior to this, consuming citrus led to moderate to severe heartburn. After adding these supplements, I can now enjoy oranges and lemonade without adverse effects. However, I’m not giving it 5 stars as the capsules are quite large and difficult to swallow.
