I've suffered from migraines for 20 years. Although triptans work 90% of the time, I began experiencing migraines 3-4 times a week five years ago. I tried various methods to reduce frequency, including powerful prescription drugs with severe side effects. Only Botox and these caplets helped. With Botox, I managed two migraines per week, but with ginger taken twice daily, I've reduced to 3-4 a month. It’s fantastic, with only positive side effects!

These ginger capsules are one of the few remedies effective for my son's severe nausea from "abdominal migraines". He has tried various options but finds this brand provides the most relief. When he senses nausea, he takes two capsules, which significantly alleviates it. If he continues with four doses daily, it greatly improves his ability to function.

This works well for my migraines. I take one capsule twice daily and an extra when I sense one coming. Taking it on an empty stomach with eight ounces of water is best. It has stopped mild pain and reduced more severe migraines. I feel clearer and less bothered by light and smells.

Unfortunately, this doesn't help with my migraines at all. However, all my nausea is gone, which is significant. I've had persistent migraines that can cause vomiting. Ginger tea never worked, but moving to capsules has made a big difference with nausea, which is impressive.
