This is recommended for those who take pills and aren't sensitive to stomach issues! Within a week, I noticed reduced fatigue and increased alertness during the day. The downside is the large pill size and unpleasant odour, which could be uncomfortable for sensitive individuals; a capsule type would likely be better. A negative side effect emerged, though.

I do not know yet. It would be nice to consume more, but my tiredness and fatigue have significantly reduced.

Slight improvement
I received the goods. I haven't been taking the medication daily, but I'm starting to be more interested in it. Though the effect has been mild so far, there seems to be a slight reduction in morning fatigue. I will continue with it in the future. Thank you for the fast delivery.

Good recovery aid

Good for recovering from fatigue. It was ineffective even with other vitamins, so I purchased these when they were available. They are beneficial when you feel drained. The size was smaller than expected (I have a narrow throat), however, I occasionally had difficulty swallowing. My fiancé also found them helpful for his fatigue; consistent intake would surely improve effectiveness.
