These tablets are a bit large, and you need to take three a day, but they simply work perfectly. I feel energised when I take these. Occasionally, I get busy and stop taking them, which leaves me feeling tired and sometimes on the brink of a cold. As soon as I start again, my cold symptoms disappear.

Effective cold prevention

Excellent product at a great price! I rarely feel that something that works slowly in your system noticeably affects one's life, but I think this has tangible results. I started taking it over 2 years ago, and every winter prior, when I caught a cold, it was severe with nasty congestion and painful hacking. In the last 2 years, when I caught a cold, I was over it in mere days. I attribute that to the zinc and more in this product. I also experience less pain from inflammation, even though I stopped Naproxen and other anti-inflammatories. My wife switched to this from Juice Plus, finding it just as effective for her cancer treatment at less than half the cost. I appreciate that it comes in a 180-capsule bottle.

I love this multivitamin! This winter and spring, I battled a relentless cold, trying to eat well for nutrients, until I remembered multivitamins. After some research, I found Alive Max3 Daily to provide great value. I've added it to my routine and believe it has enhanced my immune system and energy. Previously, I bought the women's multivitamin from Alive! and liked it, but this one feels more potent and packed with goodness. Just remember to take it with food; otherwise, nausea sets in quickly.

How did I live without these? I love this stuff! After learning that many vitamins are coated in plastic-based sprays, I found Alive!. It’s plant-based with no harmful coating and provides a genuine energy boost in the afternoon, especially after lunch. As a teacher often exposed to germs, I haven’t caught a cold since I began taking these regularly. The pills have a peculiar smell, but it dissipates quickly.

I believe these vitamins enhance my ability to fight illness better than others. My dad recommended this brand, insisting they keep him from ever getting sick. I typically fall ill 4-6 times a year and worse than others around me. Since switching from Costco vitamins, I have been very pleased. I did catch one cold since then, but it was the mildest I can recall, especially compared to my family. I credit these vitamins and take them as directed.

There is a noticeable effect! Living and working in the Far North has been tough on my health, leading to fatigue and pain. However, after taking these vitamins for a week, all the fatigue and cold symptoms disappeared! I take two tablets daily with breakfast and lunch, and that is sufficient for me.

Great multivitamins! I take them every spring and autumn to avoid vitamin deficiencies, particularly during the viral and cold season. The packaging is great, and I noticed improvement quickly. After starting them during a virus, I felt better within three days, with most symptoms gone, just some residual effects. No prolonged symptoms
As a busy mum, I've found this multivitamin to be the best on the market. The effects may be gradual without an immediate 'halleluiah' moment, but once it's in your system, you feel healthy. I haven’t had a cold linger for more than a couple of days since starting this. Also, any cold symptoms I did experience were much milder than those around me. There were no prolonged coughs, either—wonderful! I’m ordering more as I nearly panicked seeing my supply deplete. Excellent product.

Effective for colds
We consume these throughout the day with the entire family, having three pieces at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. During the cold season, we’ve managed to avoid any temperature! Although the tablets are sizable, they are not hard to swallow. I counted all the pills, and there are exactly 180 pieces!

I switched to another product, but it returned. The greatest advantage is the lack of a distinct smell or taste, and the packaging is unbreakable, making it easy to consume. I take one tablet three times a day, occasionally two after lunch. I buy in bulk for convenience. Due to my restrictive diet, I find it hard to eat without nutritional supplements. After taking it, I noticed that minor illnesses such as fatigue and colds disappeared.
