It stinks! It's disgusting! However, it’s cost-effective and quite effective. Although the packaging has changed, the contents remain the same. Initially, the strong odour caused me to struggle to swallow it. Masking the smell with orange or tomato juice helps. Remarkably, my body felt warmer and more comfortable the next day, and the pain in my joints has eased. It's definitely effective as a multivitamin. For Japanese individuals, one pill daily suffices, and it proves more economical than local vitamins.
